How do our payments work?
We do not rely on lock-in contracts or prepayments. Once the tutor confirms the lesson, we will send you an invoice. Then, after 48 hours, we will clear the lesson and transact via direct debit.
First Lesson Moneyback Guarantee
Our first lesson is mostly an introductory session for our tutors to meet you, discuss areas of improvement and identify future goals. However, if you feel that Quasar isn't the fit for you, we will refund you the entirety of the first lesson.
What if I need to reschedule?
We simply request that you provide your tutor with at least 24 hours notice – you do not need to inform us. Subject to our discretion, we may charge a 50% cancellation fee in the event of insufficient notice.
What if I get charged for a lesson that never happened?
We take great pride in the diligence of our tutors. However, mistakes can happen.
We always wait 48 hours after sending invoices … to allow you to flag such a mistake.
What if I need to postpone a lesson?

Unfortunately, we do not take cash payments for accounting and tax-tracking purposes.
